Description: Establish a coalition with Healthyride and the University to establish a Healthy Ride station on campus (or maybe multiple locations on campus!) and incentivize Pitt students making use of it through providing a number of free rides for it through tuition (similar to printing swipes) and potentially making it compatible with Panther Funds.
