Plantsburgh's Native Seed Planting Workshop

The Greed Fund has funded $52.42 for flower pots, organic potting mix, and cat litter.
The goal of this workshop is to spread awareness of the benefits of native plantings and the detriment of invasive plants of our environment. Participants create "seed bombs," a small ball of potting soil and native seeds, and decorate a flower pot using supplies from the Creative Center for Reuse. At the end of the event, each participant leaves with a pot in which their seed bombs are planted, and perhaps a few extra seed bombs for planting in
yards/other outdoor space.
