​Plant2Plate is able to lengthen their growing season and make the most of winter using these indoor greenhouses. They utilize these mini greenhouses by planting microgreens that are harvested and given to the Pitt community.

​This group was able to build upon the efforts of 2022-2023 funded group, Clean Green, in order to install a permanent biodegradable detergent dispenser in the Lothrop Dorm. This dispenser eliminates the need for students to buy large plastic containers of detergent, as well as eliminates microplastics emitted from laundry detergent pods.
